As a Colombian citizen who left the country at a young age, I often find myself looking at old pictures from home. I have gathered some of these pictures that make me rediscover my love for Colombia every time I look at them. A love that is inspiring and painful. A love that lingers between hope and impotence, for a place that is as beautiful as it is tragic. 

 

With the wounds of a troubled history very much open, a new hope has come to light. The country is undergoing a gigantic transformation that will hopefully lead to a new path of reconciliation…
